The first ever India International Jewellery Week show in Asia opened in Mumbai on 15 August 2010 when Bollywood actress Katrina Kaif dazzled at the Gitanjali Lifestyle show featuring the glittering collection of Nakshatra the Indian iconic diamond jewellery brand.
There was stunning jewellery with craftsmanship that glittered on the ramp. One of the best collections of diamond necklaces ever seen were displayed on models wearing the creations of designer Neeta Lulla. Earrings twinkled under the ramp lights and delicate bracelets glistened on wrists. Beautifully coordinated diamond sets, some twirling around the neck others with asymmetric streams of diamonds, tiny pendants glittered at the centre of gold chains which were a gorgeous sight on the ramp. The traditional nose ring in a more modern form was a great fashion direction.
The show stopper was the beauteous Bollywood Diva, Katrina Kaif wearing two stunning diamond creations around her neck - a diamond necklace and a choker with matching earrings that would make any bride dream of them for her important wedding day.
